Qa'hhar is a city in northern Shurima. In 27 CLE, it was the subject of a major League dispute between Noxus and Zaun.[1] After Zaun's victory in that dispute, Qa'hhar became an independent city known for the remarkable prevalence of hextech relative to other Shuriman cities.
